Gaze over the still water of your own private fishing pond, catch a few fish (no fishing license is required! And gear is provided.), explore some hiking trails of the Great Smoky Mountains, or soak in the bubbly hot tub. When you are ready, downtown restaurants and shopping are all only a skip away. Come home to curl up by the fire. This little cabin has it all!
This studio cabin is wonderful for couples and smaller families.
– Features a KING sized master bed, as well as a pull-down queen murphy bed, sleeper ottoman, and some fold-away extras for your convenience (2 cushioned floor chairs, a playpen, and an extra cot sleeper)
– Cozy Fireplace
– Hot tub
– TV with Netflix provided
– Updated kitchen offers a new oven and refrigerator, a coffee pot, and all the cookware essentials (as reflected in new pictures uploaded. We kept some of the older pictures just to display the studio cabin layout. Updated layout-specific pictures are coming soon)
– Firepit and horseshoes (located in the grassy area across the lane)
– Fishing gear
Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Guests can access the entire cabin, pond, and deck in front, and the extra lot with a fire pit across the lane.
-There will be a link sent for a required $100 safety deposit (no money is withdrawn) upon booking, just like at hotels, through our partners at Enso Connect and the release will reflect on your bank/credit card in 2-4 weeks post check-out.
-Since the pond is private, our guests do not need to worry about obtaining a fishing license while at the cabin.
-We do not at this time have a dishwasher
-This spring-fed pond is stocked with longear sunfish, bluegill, rainbow trout, and largemouth bass.
– Our cabin is not wheelchair accessible and does have an entrance with some stairs.
-The cabin is about ten minutes by car to downtown.
-We have a strict no-smoking policy and ask that you do not smoke within 10 feet of the cabin and responsibly dispose of your cigarette butts.
– There is a minimum $150 fee for pet damage and we kindly ask that all pets remain in their kennels when you’re out and about.
