Come enjoy the luxurious 8-bedroom Disney Poolhouse with more than enough legroom for the whole family (and friends!) to spread out and relax.
At the poolhouse, there is something for everyone. The kids can enjoy their own themed “Frozen”, “Avengers”, and “Star Wars” bedrooms. Adults will enjoy billiards in the game room and the entire family can enjoy the private pool (safety gates included).
If avoiding toll roads, it’s 35 min to Universal, 10 min to Disney, and 1 hr from MCO airport.
The Space
The newly renovated Disney Poolhouse, located inside the prestigious Emerald Island Resort, has enough dining area for 14 guests to eat together at the same time but can sleep up to 18 guests + infants.
Each of the kids’ rooms is themed around a beloved Disney film or series. The first bedroom is centered around the movie, “Frozen”. This room features favorite characters from the first film like Olaf and Elsa. Guests who enter this room will feel like they’ve left home and entered the kingdom of Arendelle. This room features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a pull-out trundle (also a twin).
The next kids’ room is “Star Wars” themed. The room is filled with dramatic elements from the classic movie and TV series that will inspire any “Star Wars” fan. This room also has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin-sized pull-out trundle.
The final thematic room is “Avengers”. Superfans and superheroes alike will appreciate the unique features of this room, including a glow-in-the-dark Captain America shield, Thor’s hammer, and the Hulk’s fist.
The game room and pool areas are designed for groups of all ages to enjoy spending time together whether that’s by soaking in the hot tub or playing a game of billiards there’s something for everyone.
The remainder of the house is luxuriously designed for comfort. Guests will love the relaxing vibe and cozy furniture of the home after a long day at the parks.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire community and unit.
Other Things to Note
There is a one-time registration and $20 per vehicle fee issued by the resort that will need to be paid prior to arrival (a message with the link will be sent 2 days prior to arrival). If you keep this pass, you will not need to pay this fee for future visits. Also, there is a 6-car limit for each guest.
Additionally, pool maintenance arrives once per week. Their goal is to not disrupt the guest and will go around the back of the house directly to the pool and will leave once their work is complete. Please note that the spa area in the pool is NOT a hot tub.
Guests will be required to pass a full background check through our partners at Autohost. No refunds are given for individuals who fail the background check. This can be done through your boarding pass which is sent upon booking.
Lastly, there will be a link sent for a required $500 safety deposit (no money is withdrawn) upon booking, just like at hotels, through our partners at Enso Connect. The hold will not take place until 2 days before check-in. If no missing or damaged property is reported by the staff, the hold is automatically released 7 days after checkout.
