The Space
Designed with comfort in mind, this beautifully furnished home offers plenty of space for families, couples traveling together, and small groups.
The main level features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, generous pantry space, dining space for gathering over meals, a convenient half bathroom, and a king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. Step outside to the private patio where you’ll find comfortable outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and everything you need for an evening cookout.
Upstairs, you’ll find a second living area that gives everyone extra room to spread out, along with two additional king bedrooms. One bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom is located just steps from another full bathroom.
Throughout the home, you’ll enjoy high-speed fiber internet, Smart TVs, comfortable furnishings, and an in-home washer and dryer, making longer stays just as comfortable as weekend escapes.

If you’re looking to hit the links, Coral Canyon Golf Course is only about 5 minutes away. Families will enjoy being just 10 minutes from Jellystone Park and Washington County Legacy Park, while guests looking for adventure can reach Southern Utah Adventure Center in about 15 minutes. You’ll also be less than 20 minutes from downtown St. George, where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and more.

Guest Access
Home & Community Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay, along with full access to the community amenities, including the two heated pools, two spas, and fitness center.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out: We understand that travel plans don’t always fit standard check-in and check-out times. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance notice and approval. If available, these options can be purchased through your Boarding Pass after your reservation is confirmed.
Parking: Complimentary parking is available for guests throughout your stay.
Other Things to Note
To help ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, please observe all community rules during your stay. Smoking, vaping, parties, and events are not permitted inside the home.
Pets are not allowed.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces.
