Two of the bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, perfect for couples or grandparents seeking added comfort. On the main floor, a queen bedroom ensures accessibility for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Kids will embark on an unforgettable adventure in the safari-themed bedroom, where they’ll be surrounded by safari-inspired décor, vibrant animal accents, and a playful swinging monkey ceiling light. This room includes a single-over-single bunk bed and an additional single bed, sleeping up to 3 kids and creating a fun space to dream of their next safari.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for anything from quick snacks to gourmet meals. Gather around the dining table, which seats 8, for shared meals and quality time together. After a day of exploring nearby theme parks or enjoying the resort’s amenities, relax in the cozy living room, complete with cable TV and Roku TV in Guest Mode, ensuring secure streaming and automatic logouts at checkout.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and Regal Palms Resort amenities (ie. gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas).

Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.
Parking and Vehicle Rules
The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles. Please note that 3 large vehicles (such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks) will not fit together. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night.
To fit 3 cars, you must park two side-by-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways (perpendicularly) behind them. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass.
RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10.70 per night ($10 + tax) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot.
The Resort HOA is strict. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
